Hand-rub automatic clutch difference

Compared with ordinary washing machines, the drainage motor and the hand-held automatic clutch of the hand-held washing machine have different structures and performances. There are two steps of the drainage motor in the working process. The hand-cranked automatic clutch is similar to the common clutch structure. There are three main differences.


First of all, the hand-held automatic clutch does not contain the one-way bearing structure of the ordinary clutch, so that the dewatering bucket of the series of washing machines can be rotated not only clockwise but also counterclockwise. Secondly, the hand-held washing machine clutch has two ratchets and two pawl structures. The square wire clutch springs have the same diameter of all the rings, and both ends have radial thread ends, which are respectively embedded in the radial grooves of the upper and lower ratchets.


In addition, the hand-operated automatic clutch has a more working state. When the washing machine is in the washing state, the brake arm pulls off one end distance, and the dewatering bucket is relaxed, so that the dewatering bucket can rotate freely in the forward and reverse directions, and when the pulsator rotates, the water flow and the rotation of the laundry are driven, and the dewatering bucket also rotates, due to The pulsator rotates fast and the inner barrel rotates slowly, forming a hand-washing operation in which the inner barrel and the pulsator run in opposite directions. When dehydrating, it works basically the same as a normal clutch.
