Most of the fully automatic washing machines are equipped with water level switches and electromagnetic inlet valves to control the inlet and outlet, as well as the motor's on and off. Haier washing machine clutch electromagnetic inlet valve plays the role of turning on and off the water source. When the electromagnetic coil is de-energized, the moving iron core is tightly placed on the rubber diaphragm under the action of gravity and spring force, and the center of the diaphragm The small hole is blocked, so that the valve is closed and the water does not flow. When the electromagnetic coil is energized, the moving iron core moves up under the action of the magnetic force, leaves the diaphragm, and the central hole of the diaphragm opens, so that the water above the diaphragm flows into the washing tub through the central small hole. Since the flow capacity of the central small hole is greater than the flow capacity of the small holes on both sides of the diaphragm, the pressure above the diaphragm is rapidly reduced, the diaphragm will move up under the action of the pressure difference, the closed door is opened, and the water flow is conducted.


The water level switch is actually a pressure switch. The inlet of the air chamber is connected with the air storage chamber in the washing tub. When the water is injected into the washing tub, the air reservoir opening is quickly closed. As the water level rises, the water level of the air storage chamber is also Ascending, the closed air pressure is also increased, and the corrugated diaphragm in the water level switch is pressurized and swelled, pushing the ejector movement to change the contact, thereby achieving automatic switching.
